The event brought together employers, entrepreneurs, and all those interested in improving business practices through sustainability, with emphasis on the increasingly important ESG requirements and the development of innovative products and services. Participants had the opportunity to learn about the concept of the circular economy and understand its key differences compared to the traditional linear model.
As part of the meetup, a set of tools and methods for modeling value chains in the circular economy was presented, developed through the DECIDE project within the Danube Region Transnational Cooperation Programme 2021–2027. Special attention was given to their practical application in business processes, particularly in the context of ESG and HACCP.
Through examples of good practice, participants could see concrete circular business models and discuss their applicability across different sectors. The event also provided a space for exchanging ideas and experiences, as well as for establishing new partnerships and collaborations.
The meetup concluded with informal networking, during which participants continued conversations about challenges and possibilities for implementing sustainable solutions in practice.
