In June 2021 a webinar and a conference will be held in the scope of the Erasmus + project Best Practices of Pedagogical Chatbots in Higher Education - EDUBOTS with the aim of bringing together people interested to learn more about chatbots in education.

Webinar

The third of three planned webinars on the use of chatbots in education is being held by associate professor Markus Schatten, PhD, Head of the Artificial Intelligence Laboratory at FOI. Professor Schatten will talk about the cognitive agent for artificial intelligence B.A.R.I.C.A. and in addition to the functionality to support students, the implementation process and technologies used to develop this solution will be described.

Conference

One of the ideas of the Edubots project is the exchange of knowledge and good practices of using chatbots in higher education, and webinars and conference want to bring this topic closer to all interested teachers and encourage them to use chatbots in teaching. At this international conference, participants will be able to hear the experiences of experts from several European countries.

The conference will take place on 22nd July 2021 from 10:00 to 16:00.
