Showcase your projects at CECIIS 2024

We invite all interested participants to submit project materials, such as printed posters, booklets or roll-up banners, which will be presented during the CECIIS 2024 conference.

The conference will be held in Varaždin from September 18 to 20, 2024.

All collected materials will be exhibited in the Networking Lounge, a dedicated space within the Project Oasis, designed to promote your work to a wider audience, including researchers, academia and project partners.

Please deliver the physical promotional materials no later than September 12, 2024 to office 107, 3rd floor, FOI 1, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Conference participants who are unable to submit project materials before the start of the conference can do so on the day of the conference itself, at the registration desk.

We also kindly remind you that you can  present your projects through the activity of Project Pitches, where you will have the opportunity to present your work in more detail through short presentations. More information on Project Pitches registration can be found here.
