The Project Pitches session, now an established CECIIS tradition, took place on 17 September, the second day of the conference.

The CECIIS Project Pitches session showcased eight projects through concise, four- to five-minute presentations highlighting their activities, objectives, achievements to date, and expected outcomes. Advance registration was required for presenters. The following CECIIS participants presented their projects:

  1. Matija Šajn – Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education (AI-HED)

  2. Mirjana Čoh – Learning Analytics Ecosystem Supported by Artificial Intelligence (LAS)

  3. Marija Kurtović – Cognitive, Distributed Digital Platform for Multimodal, Integrated Strategic Collection, Analysis, Visualization, and Environmentally Sustainable Optimization of Business-Critical Information (TIS TIDE)

  4. Ivan Kolarić – AIoT4Therapy

  5. Ana Novak – DigEntre

  6. Marija Kuštelega – Improving IT Service Design: A Service Science Taxonomy and Framework for Identifying User Requirements (UD-IT)

  7. Barbi Svetec – Streamlining AI in Learning Reimagination (SAILER)

  8. Peter Marton – Data-Driven Cycling Infrastructure Development: A GIS Study of the Váh Cycle Route

Continuing the tradition of previous years, a vote was held to select the best project pitch. This year’s Best Project Pitch award went to Ana Novak for her presentation of DigEntre.
