NEYHO and FOI launch the implementation of RDI Projects - DCAASO and AgriGuard EOS
The project aims to research and develop two innovative artificial intelligence-based products and advance them to Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 8. DCAASO will enable dynamic, context-aware data security management and real-time access control, while AgriGuard EOS will optimize energy consumption in industrial processes to improve energy efficiency and reduce CO₂ emissions.
Both products will be built on a shared technological core capable of analysing diverse data and recommending security or energy optimization measures. DCAASO will support the proactive identification of security threats and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, while AgriGuard EOS will integrate with existing industrial systems to recommend optimal operating schedules for energy-intensive processes.
Project partners and the role of the FOI research team
The FOI research team is led by Assoc. Prof. Petra Grd, Ph. D., and includes Assoc. Prof. Igor Tomičić, Ph. D., Assoc. Prof. Zlatko Stapić, Ph. D., Asst.Prof. Bogdan Okreša Đurić, Ph.D., Asst.Prof. Marko Mijač, Ph.D., Domagoj Tuličić, M.Inf., Dario Ljubas, Univ.M.Inf., Dijana Peras, M.Inf., and Lovro Posarić, M.Inf.
The project will be implemented over a period of 36 months. The total project value amounts to EUR 2,017,625.79, of which EUR 1,346,504.56 is co-financed by the European Union. The project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) under the Competitiveness and Cohesion Programme 2021–2027.
